Guidelines for Presentation Submission

  1. Paper Presenter participants must be registered as paper presenters.
  2. Participants are required to fill in all the required data via the registration form provided. The author’s name, affiliation, and contact email address must be clearly stated in the complete paper.
  3. Please read the author’s instructions carefully before preparing the presentation.
  4. Participants who send presentations are participants whose manuscripts are declared accepted by the committee and have received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
  5. Participants make presentations in the form of videos lasting 15 – 20 minutes using the attached virtual background video INACEMBA 2025 (Link:)
  6. The presenter is one of the authors whose name is listed in the manuscript and is obliged to introduce himself and all members in the manuscript which is declared accepted.
  7. The videos created are uploaded to each participant’s YouTube account and ensure that the video link can be accessed openly/publicly. 
  8. The YouTube uploaded video link is copied into the form provided by the Committee.
  9. Assessment points are made on a 100 point scale, with assessment weights as follows:
    1. If the video duration is no more than 20 minutes, you will get the maximum point value 20 points, excess every 2 minutes will get a deduction of 5 points.
    2. Presenters must use the INACEMBA attribute in the form of virtual background, includes hashtags #INACEMBA2025 #InternationalConference #IAEI #LLDIKTI3 #BacaDulu #Economics #Management #Business #Accounting #Innovation #DigitalTransformation, and wear formal clothes. Compliance with these presentation requirements will get maximum points 15 points. It is recommended that the number of participants increase like on submitted videos to get maximum points.
    3. The clarity of the presenter’s explanation in presenting the presentation gets maximum points 25 points.
    4. Matching the presenter’s explanation with the paper that is declared accepted will get maximum points 30 points.
    5. Presenter’s presentation file visualization display design gets maximum points  20 point.
